Currently an L6 SDE (senior) at Amazon. Is it worth it to switch to Twitter (staff level) for about 30% comp bump? Current comp at Amazon: 350k

Don’t leave Amazon. It’s a wonderful company that cares about you deeply. Twitter is just going to milk you and their policies are not employee friendly.
