Twitter account catch 22

Anyone who works at Twitter can help me escalate my case? I use Twitter to read paper and connect with others in the same industry. My account was hacked by some UK IP ipad ( I received an email alert about abnormal login, but reacted too late), they somehow were able to change my Twitter password , then my account was suspended. I tried to appeal, but the appeal form needs to be filled while logging in. I tried resetting my password, but I can't reset my password when my account is suspended. I tried file tickets keep hitting robots and my cases are instantly closed. Anyone works at Twitter have any suggestions? I would really want to have my account back, I have lots of work related DM with other big names in my field. Many thanks
