Twitter compensation and interview process
My gf got an interview call from Twitter for Software engineer role. What is the interview process for Twitter? The recruiter told her that hiring manager will call her and interview can go for 1 hour. But this is not a phonic technical round. Is it not weird? What will be the compensation? She has 3 years of experience. She is in work visa. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Ps : she is not in teamblind.
HM call is usually just an introduction so both sides can gauge interest, then there will be one (or two if needed) tech phone screens, then on-sites. Comp depends on leveling.
I recently interviewed for Twitter! I am not an engineer! The overall interview process was very organized and streamlined! I had 2 phone and 5 interviews onsite!
