Could anyone of you share a summary of interview questions that Twitter is likely to ask for a product manager role ? Level of difficulty of those questions ? How many rounds will be there for a typical product manager role ?
Behavioral. I’m in a technical/research facing pm role so tech piece was emphasized in a tech interview but nothing very tough
Prepping at the question level is not a good strategy IMO. Need a structured and scalable approach. Recommend understanding the overall expectations and interview flow. Fundamentally it has to come down to PM basics and how well you stack up against those: Understanding customer pain points and needs, ideating solutions, assessing business impact and economic viability, driving communication and collaboration across roles and levels, devising technical solutions, negotiating tradeoffs, collaborating with engineering to plan and deliver solutions, instrumenting for feedback, measuring and tracking the right metrics, managing roadmaps, and continuous product improvement. Good luck!
