TC is about the same for both (7-8k/mo plus housing).
Based on team and what you’d work on. If both were doing the exact same thing, then based on location you’d rather be at. If same location, base on which one has more attractive co workers.
Recently joined Twitter. Found out Twitter has an impressive culture and great pay, and genuinely care about employees. What a great deal. Plus people coming to tell you how they like the product, instead of going to Facebook…….
Have worked at both places. Found twitter’s tech challenges to be a little more tricky (in some parts) then Facebook. Let say social graph serving - scale is a tad bit inferior than FB(not in order of magnitude) , real-time-ness requirement is tighter than Facebook, social graph has a lot of disparity - eg - Kylie Jenner posts/deletes a tweet, 50 million+ timelines need to be updated in near real-time. Learning wise - Facebook was a great place. You can look at existing implementations and learn a lot from them. Twitter has this unique opportunity to apply your learning , since a lot of basic systems are in the need of re-design.

Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
Why is this even close?
Tbh, I wasn't expecting it to be that close either.
To be fair both are really good but IMO FB’s intern program is unmatched (out of faang+)
