I do have one data point — I had a competing offer with another firm that was pretty close but they said they maxed it out. I doubt that’s true, but the highest offer they said they give new grads is: 145k base/40k prorated guaranteed bonus/55k sign on/10k after tax relocation So about 250 first year and 185 recurring? If you have other data points, please do share! I’m very curious to know how comp progresses
