Two Sigma or Google New Grad?

I have opportunities from both places. Currently a college senior. My three biggest questions: 1. Which company will I be able to grow my technical skills better at? I was thinking at two sigma I would have more ownership since Google is so large. Is that correct or not? 2. Which company will allow me to promote fastest? 3. Should I be thinking about TC at this point? I know Two Sigma generally offers higher level junior salaries. Does this trend continue? And does Google RSU beat yearly bonus over time? Thank you. Come back if you get offers. Google HC and Two Sigma management review are more difficult than their on-site.

Two Sigma is better money wise but they will also make you work (a looot) more. But you are young and full of energy so that shouldn't worry you. Jumping from Two Sigma to Google is easy so go for it.

TwoSigma doesn't give RSUs so their gain is 0

They give 100-200K annual cash bonuses (new grads), which can be partially invested in their internal fund, which supposedly returns 20-30% each year

Look at two sigmas tech stack (windows boxes, mesos, etc). Not the standard tech company tooling

In regards to my growth as an engineer, do you think that would be a hinderance?
