I have onsite interview with two sigma investments in few days for software developer role. What should I expect in the interview ? Any tips/input are appreciated.
I have interviewed with them although it was for a more business analysis type role - it involved some scripting, etc and I had to take a programming test before the onsite but it wasn't a decision role
(Sent too soon) - I meant wasn't a developer role. I would say be prepared for brain teasers. Pretty much every guy asked me one or two long form brain teasers - I even was given paper and pencil to write them down. Good luck!
Please share details when you're done!

I interviewed there a couple of years ago. Overall pleasant day - slightly quirky but one of my favorite interviews.
And not much to prepare for beyond your typical SDE interview. There will be a few unexpected things, but nothing worth stressing about.
Thanks guys for your input.. will share once mine is done

I didn't interview with this specific company but generally what they are looking for is: 1. Great C++. 2. Low level programming/networking if they do HFT. 3. Algorithms and data structures but nothing extraordinary. I doubt they ever give you any DP problem or stuff like Morris tree traversal. 4. They will probably check that you're comfortable with the numbers. Some combinatorial/probability problem but not too hard. If you forgot that take an hour or two to refresh. 5. Write clean code fast. Overall it's not that hard, good luck!
