UKG wfo mandatory?
I'm in the process of interviewing with UKG. Just curious if the wfo is mandatory there? #engineering

Generally yes, they are following RTO. If you live within 30mi radius of an office you must come in.

I left a couple months ago and ppl need to be in the office 3 days a week, and it was flexible the times you can come/leave office. Not sure about now. It might also depend on the team
For engineering roles, yes
Engineering (and Product / Cloud) … 3 days a week. Hiring only into specific locations.
