11 years relevant experience. Worked at Facebook before this and had over $1.5M unvested RSUs as E7 and came in at ICT6

how senior is "senior"? I'm assuming 10+ years of experience doing DS type stuff? Most RSU packages mentioned on here are from public companies and in the 1-3M range. that's very steep! where do i sign up ;)
