What is the typical percentage annual performance salary base increase and stock grant at SpaceX?
Pretty terrible. I'm always surprised how many real lynchpin people end up leaving on their fifth year due to the huge cliff from poor refreshers and practically inflation base increase
Something like 1% in base and 10k in stock?
For mid rating something 2.5% base and 1/5 of the initial grant (for myself that's much higher than 10k but the actual amount depends greatly on dept, role, and level). Since the grant vests on a 5 yr schedule this is basically flat but does not account for increase in stock value so the refresh is much less stock as time goes by
Wow. Elon is a real douchebag indeed
2-3% for solid reviews. Don’t go to SpaceX unless you are super dedicated to the mission. You’ll hate it.
Wow.. I guess the only person that get huge raises is Elon..
There’s this weird pride people at SpaceX have in getting treated like shit.
Never worked there but I always thought Tesla, spacex, or game studio companies were full of engineers who loved the company and didn’t care they were low balled.
Folks at SpaceX don’t have time for Blind.
