Is LendingHome good to join as a SWE?
Dont know much ant this company. Asking for a friend.
I interviewed there and was going to discuss offers, but after I disclosed my google and Facebook offers, they respectfully decided it wasnโt going to work out with my expectations. This was comparing to a l6 offer from Facebook and high l5 at google. You should come check out Rubrik instead, they have much better potentials and harder engineering challenges.
Yeah definitely Rubrik is a hot startup at the moment, but how do you rate Lendinghome? Is it an above average startup?

Curious as to why you felt that about the CEO? I spoke with him and didnt see any red flags.
