Passive investing on the side

I started investing in real estate and have been using both diversifund and fundrise (since 2019). I have tripled the $ I have out there (although I have to say , it was just $2k each ) Does anybody here use DF or Fundrise ? Should I pump more into it , or was my return so high because of the real estate boom we saw in 2020 and 2021 ? This one I invested in high growth , most investments were in Texas , NC and Ohio markets - https://diversyfund.com/r/sk6q5s - #personalfinance #investments

Did you realize these gains? Or is it just nonsense numbers on paper made up by “valuation models”? Anyway, nice try drumming up referrals

Haha - not pushing to use the referral , but if anybody new wants to try , they can :) And I would say 75% of the gains are numbers on paper , remaining 25% are realized either through dividends or because of exit .

Proof of 3x returns or it didn't happen. I have been invested in Fundrise for 10 months, it has given me 14% return. That 200% return is suspicious. Maybe you just wanted to use this post for referral money. Is that how you tripled money?
