How is earnin WLB these days for engineering roles? From my interviews I've seen the engineers are pretty chill and helpful, but how is it really being inside I have read "bad" things in the past, but it seems 2022 made a huge change in the company, not sure if Eng has improved tho Thanks in advance for any real feedback about current engineering culture #earnin #wlb @
IPO? The answer is always “maybe.” Heavily dependent on market conditions. I know of only one ISO buyback and it was for an extremely small number of people with long tenure.
Highly dependent on team and role. Those working on new features are pushed much harder to deliver, even to the point of leaving. I find it pretty chill myself, but I’ve been in the game a long time and know how to defend my sanity.
Do they have a plan to go to IPO in 2-3 year (or sooner)? How does the equity work? Do they buy back stocks/options?
Thanks for your reply, I have read exactly that every team have their own wlb
