I've been in Audit at one of the top 10 firms for a little over a year now- about to hop into my second busy season in 2022. I'm curious to know from those who have chosen to stick with audit as their long-term career: What can I expect to see as far as salary (range is fine) increases as I get promoted. As a side note, I work in Manhattan and have already experienced a promotion and pay increase from Associate I to II. I like working in Audit, but my goal is to get as much information as I can about the career before I decide it is the right path for me (I understand money should not be the motivation, but it is certainly a factor in my decision-making process.
