I’m in calory deficit diet and went from 170lbs couch potato to 140lbs . Height 5’ 8” Breakfast:- 3 hard boiled eggs with unsweetened yogurt cinnamon & roasted cumin lassi (3*77 + 59 calories = 286 Cal. 20gm protein. I eat corn for fiber. Lunch :- Wild caught Salmon tacos(1lbs). I cook in extra virgin olive oil or air fry salmon. (900 Calories) 92gm protein. Dinner :- 0.5lbs chicken breast cooked in chipotle peppers in sauce adobo sauce( 510 Calories, 60gm protein) Total 1696 Calories a day. I feel more energetic and light weight. 140lbs make is pretty scrawny? You are proud of that? Should go back to 170 but with muscle. It isn’t too big of a size for your height.
Not exactly. I should bulk up and become 160lbs and muscular. May be I should add complex carbs to my diet. 2200 Calories a day.
You need to keep it around 160-165 with 12% body fat. (Btw this is mine) . 140 is low I would say. How will you save your gf or wife with that weight? 180lbs folks will simply run over you .
Things I wouldn’t do: eat 3 eggs daily, eat taco shells (processed), get most my dinner calories from a sauce. If you want to lose weight it’s great, if you want to eat healthy then it’s probably not the best
Taco shells aren’t processed. It’s home made. 3 eggs are nothing.
What problem do you see with the eggs?
For fiber you can add 1 spoon of husk to your diet.
