Hi. I’m targeting BizOps roles at FAANG/ big Tech. Most likely will go for Associate level (L4 or L5). In total I have ~10 years of work experience. Should I go for 1 page or 2 page resume or does it not matter at all? Thank you!!!
Big No-No on more than 2 pages.
Agree no more than 2 pages. But like, one page OR two pages?
lmao. @op I think 2 pages is fine. Mine is. I usually put title + contact info and skills/qualifications on page 1, and page 2 is entirely dedicated to past experience. I’ve seen great 1 pagers. It’s really about how much you wanna put on your resume, and how good you are with compressing all that info into a concise format.
start with one. cram everything in you can in there trim trim trim and cut things out rewrite to make it more concise. play with margins and then cut out stuff again. only if you truly run out of space after all those should you make a 2 pager
I am in that biz op field who has hired extensively. One page is what I recommend. Two page is not a dealbreaker but... Anecdotally, if you have a two-page resume and I see "fillers" or just a waste of space (e.g., the resume could have easily been one page if excluding all the unnecessary info), I would quietly judge your resume
Hi! DM you!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 would really appreciate feedback from someone from a hiring position!!

Just do 1 page. Two pages is pushing it.
1 page is appropriate with each 5-7 years of experience with a max of 2 pages.
