Cricut - what's the culture like in software engineering?

Talking with a recruiter today about a Director of engineering position. What's the culture like? How much does LDS factor in? Are people effective working remotely? How is software engineering done? How much are you building internally vs buying / licensing? What's the codebase like? Languages / frameworks? How do you handle reliability, tech debt, etc? How are you with Diversity and Inclusion? I notice the C Suite are all (mostly white) men. What didn't I ask that I should? @cricut #cricut
