Hey CapitalOne folks, I am curious what are the probabilities of getting any portion of LTI bonus at the end of the year, assuming good performance and that role/pay band is eligible for it? I am just trying to set the realistic expectations if I should even count on this bonus as part of TC, without having to work 80h week. I heard that this bonus is related to very competitive "stack ranking", not sure what to expect. Blind Tax TC: 200K

I believe it primarily kicks in at Manager/Lead+ roles, but it’s really subjective.
What is LTI?
Long Term Incentives. They are basically RSU stock options.
If you get strong (average) rating, you get 100%. Below strong gets 75%. Above strong gets above 100% but the exact percentage changes every year
