Shipping important documents via UPS, paid premium price for UPS next day air, told to expect package delivered before 10:30am next day. It has been almost 4 days, still not delivered. What can I do besides asking UPS to do a refund? The documents shipped are for H1B applications etc. Late shipping of these docs is causing inconveniences. Could we as customers make UPS pay some compensation? Are there any laws for this? Any pointers are appreciated! Thank you!
What did they say, where is it?
At the best, you can get $100. That's all. But you will spend a lot of time proving your claim.
That’s what brown can do for you.
Flagging this for racism
How is that racist? Their slogan was “What can brown do for you”! Clearly they can’t *do* their job. Nice try. In case you didn’t know their ad campaign: https://adage.com/article/btob/ups-launches-brown-campaign/253629
If it’s lost, ask for a refund. If it’s delivered late, ask for a partial refund. If they don’t do that, ask your credit card to do a credit card chargeback. Keep in mind that you’ll potentially be blacklisted from using UPS again, if they can identity you.
Wait, the customer gets blacklisted after they stole said customer's property?
Lol, what compensation do you expect? You will get the package insurance if it's lost
