How hard is it to get promoted at Walmart Tech coming in as a new grad? I see a lot of reviews here saying that it depends on whatever remarks your manager gives you. I am wondering if that is just something going on in the India location or is it across the board. Talking about software engineer/system engineer roles in particular. #misc
