US should make a tax targeting anti-immigrant racists exclusively

Since so many anti-immigrants are here because their ancestors immigrated, targeting anyone who hasn't stayed in the same exact location (land built on their ancestor's first hut) is a wise way to manage that demand. Money can be used to boost American economy, infrastructure and other public services for everyone else. Tax will be collected upon entry/exit of said hut-land every year until the anti-immigrant understands the benefits of migration or is euthanized for the purposes of evolution. The tax rate can shift year by year depending on anti-immigrant sentiment as measured by number of votes Trump gets. Hutters don't have to exit the hut and are free to bury themselves in their ancestral land, if the tax is too high for them. The goal is to have no racism or xenophobia while maximizing America's budget. That's billions for America!
