Hi All, I have an interview with a fintech company Flybits based in Toronto. Company's benefits are great, being a Canadian company numbers are great and their interview process is not all about leet code (based on what recruiter told me ). I liked it so far and have call with VP sometime soon. Role wise it looks great but again I don't want to relocate from US to canada and then regret my decision because of the work culture. So I would really appreciate if you can share your experiences with this company, interview, work culture, TCs. Etc. #tech #interview #flybits #Fintech #canada YoE : 3 years Base : 110k in Arizona

Please please don’t join the company, it is a shit experience. Been at Flybits for a year and have had the worst time of my life here. The culture is horrible. The CEO has no idea where he wants to take the company. Everyone is leaving, the company has lost several key people in the last 2 weeks. Over 30people have left in the last 2 months (total company size is 90). If you’re reporting to any engineering VP, please run, they don’t understand their stuff. They will act cool but trust me, they are dumb af. The only sane person here is the CTO but I’m sure he will leave soon
