The USA is the biggest marketplace for major hardware and software products being developed across the world. So many startups in other countries including europe are primarlily targeting the US market to sell their services and products. Their own countries are hurting with negative gdp growth meanwhile the US has had insane inflation ratings for 24 months now. But what does the US get for it? more jobs are being replaced with workers from these offshore nations which in turn make products to be sold BACK to the US market participants ( retail and commercial). talk about double dipping Once the US starts hurting there wont be any buyers left and then we'll see a proper shitshow in the market.
You passed the GCA interview at Google with this?

Depends for what China is by far the largest consumer for hardware and devices in absolute $$$ terms - consumer electronics be it phones or laptops or gaming devices or music systems. Not per Capita but > 2.5X the USA market Enterprise SW of course the US is king
except China makes it impossible for other entrants to make money or even operate. They make their own versions of everything after copying US
