USAA Feedback - all welcome

Amazing company as a customer. Can’t help with what you ask for though...

I am still a loyal USAA customer... Though I have dropped all but the checking/savings/cc services as they simply didn't compete in insurance and loans (where the used to be the best value by far). Currently their loan rates aren't even close to being the best deal. Customer service... There is none better. They have offices in Texas ... San Antonio and Plano if I recall... I would be interested to hear what they are paying SWEs.
