Is LoanDepot a safe and reliable?
Heard some crazy stories about them messing up the payments they get from us. Also bad customer service all the time. I am trying to refi with them in the bay area. Any help is appreciated #mortgage #housing #sanfrancisco #refinancing

I had the worst experience of my life with them. They couldn’t close in time and I had to change the lender and get an extension from the seller. Dm me if you are interested in referral, my new lo closed within 18 days

I do not recommend them either. Some of my friends had issues with them too. Go with quicken loans they are much better. Dm for brokerage contacts
My quicken loans guy won’t give me a straight answer on the rates. Pisses me off.

Refi with loan depot took 30 days. No major issues
I've heard the same! Getting a good refi offer but very hesitant to confirm
