Salesforce or EY

Would you leave an in house strategic role with Salesforce to do the same job with EY as a consultant for clients? Pay may be more but so will the hours and work. Or would you rather just stay put and take it easy with current company. Currently chilling and know my role with Salesforce and thinking if EY would be the right move. Help!
