Doesn’t look like a good place to work. They created a yoga session called “resist capitalism” which is ironic given they are a multibillion corporation selling expensive clothing. Founder is racist and fat phobic. No longer in the company. They created a DEI department but some employees publicly disclosed that black employees would get passed for opportunities in favor of less qualified white employees. So, yeah lots of drama there.

You are welcome. Disclaimer - I don’t work there but there’s a lot of public info online available such as those issues I mentioned. I could very well be wrong and it’s a good place to work regardless since no company is perfect, but in my experience where there is smoke there is fire.

Just like any organization it has good and bad points and the reality is a lot of your experience will be impacted by your direct leader or overall manager I have been here for 12 years and have ups and downs. The resist capitalism was presented by a small group of, we will call them, ideological driven employees and was taken down almost immediately I am not making excuses for what has come out of chip Wilson’s mouth but the foundation of the company was built on personal responsibility and growth mindset and that still exists today. Regarding the DEI stuff, we like most company’s are navigating it’s place in the workplace. I cannot speak for those leaving in complaint. What I can share is that sometimes we get that conversation write and others we get it wrong
