UX research vs Product Designer Linkedin

I got hit up by LinkedIn, I believe because I applied to role there which is a "new" title, UX Manager research lead which is an IC position. To make this short it looks like base pay would be a lateral move along with percentage bonus which is 2% less, however RSUs would be more. This position is more research than design but includes some design work. I'm currently a high Sr role that will get promoted to staff soon. I already mentor Jr designers along with doing things a manager might do. I also get hit up for UX/Product design manager roles like talking with lulu lemon next week and that is my ultimate goal. No longer to be an IC but in a manager position. I'm located in TX so that is why my base for linked in will be around 145-155k. I'm have about 10yoe and about 6 in SaaS tech. Is 215K base too much in this market? If my ultimate goal is to be a manager would you make this lateral move? I don't enjoy the design side as much as the research side which is why this is intriguing to me, but I also know designers make more and in my currently role I do both . The org in LinkedIn is web - GPO.
