Location: Bay Area Base: 202k Target Bonus: 35k RSU: 695k (35/30/20/15 vesting schedule for those who aren't aware of) Sign On: 25k - 30k (recruiter gave this range as an example and said it's negotiable) Still waiting for numbers from DoorDash and final review result from Google. Thoughts? Any room for negotiation? YOE: 7 TC: 350k

seems to be a pretty standard 5a offer based on my limited research? Any thoughts on uber eats and the marketplace org under it? I actually forgot the exact name of the team I was interviewing for lol. I think it was Shopping or something.

It’s nice that they haven’t reduced the overall grant even with the front loading. Probably top 5a offer
What is the target refresher for 5a? I’m assuming everyone who’s at “meets all” gets it?
Hmm good point. I'll check with my recruiter. I'm under the impression that you get enough refresher so that there's no cliff in year 2/3/4 (there will still be cliff after year 4 unless you get promoted).

The offer is solid.. Uber is really big on equal pay initiative these days and they are not going to negotiate unless you have a competing offer.
How much time they gave to think?
I haven't been told any specific deadline yet. My recruiter also mentioned the offer might be further improved (although probably not by much). My HM did mention that they want me to make a decision soon but yeah.
Ok, that's good. I have a similar situation, expecting an offer from Uber (will have a call with recruiter this Friday about it with details ), waiting Google TM and HC (recruiter said HC happend every working day), finished FB onsites today. Based on your situation I think I will have some time to get all results
You can ask more RSU for 5a, like 750K+
