Got a verbal swe offer from Uber ATG. How is work/life there? What TC can I expect? Unfortunately, I only have this offer (suck at interview). How much I can negotiate? I have 3 yoe, all at FB. Many thanks! #uber

From my W2, I earned 250K in 2017 from FB. I am E4, but likely get promoted this half despite spending time on interview. I am thinking about extending the offer for 4-5 months. Is this reasonable?
Not sure about the new level, but likely equivalent to E4
Is this in the Bay Area or Pittsburgh? Did they say they would beat what you make at FB currently?
