Any insights into what it's like to work in Uber Advanced Technologies Group (self driving vehicles group)? How's the team culture? What should I highlight to stand out interviewing for pm roles?

I went to networking event hosted by uber. I would stay away from uber. Almost all of the leadership even females were pretty arrogant. My guess is these folks are there due to the vested equity. I could easily make out that their culture is beyond repair. Later on i met a product guy who had left uber and my fears were confirmed. My guess is that uber would disappear due to financial losses or legal woes.
They are all white dudes, in case that’s your thing.
This is a terrible thing. Historically it has led to failed companies.

Lol - if you are asking about uber again - and expecting a great answer , not sure what will make you happy. Yes go it’s the best culture in the world - best place to work in the whole universe - go with your eyes closed - safest bet - happy ! Does that make you happy enough ?
Yeah because MS is such an awesome place to work. Some of the worst employees I have work with all came from MS. You also turn out a lot of shit managers.
