Uber Amsterdam L4 Offer
Received an L4 offer, how good is it? I feel like its a disappointing offer Base: 81k EUR base Equity: 2,895/4 years using 409a value, its around 110k~ USD total Can anyone at Uber Amsterdam evaluate this offer and maybe mention WLB as a backend engineer there?

How's the 409a valuation so much higher in Europe than in US?

1 Phone, 1 long assignment, 1 onsite. All leetcode hard and system design being more open ended
There's not much difference between offers at Uber anymore. Yours seems to be top point for base @ L4 and average equity. Solid offer, will get you a much better level of life compared to 250k/year in SF.
Is there a new no negotiation policy even with competing offers? I was hoping to get 5k RSUs since uber is still private and I'd be losing out on the ipo with low equity, is 5k even possible?
I think it's possible, but I'm not sure. There's definitely less negotiation nowadays, but there might be some space.
