Hello, I am starting at Uber soon as an L4 SWE, I had some questions about annual rewards (that's at least what we call it at Microsoft). I don't have access to internals yet so asking here. 1. Does this include a salary increase? (I assume based on performance if so) 2. If there is a salary increase what is the range? 3. How often do people get above target bonus? 4. Do refreshers keep you in the same TC range as you would be in the first year? (if not curious how much lower it is) 5. When is the rewards cycle? YOE 2 TC 260k #uber #microsoft
23k bonus for L4 US eng, prorated (if you didn’t work the full year). There’s a multiplier, so high performers may get up to 2X for the top bucket. Refreshers have been pretty good and yearly, and hopefully you’ll have been promoted at least once before the cliff.
