Be careful. Uber could exit the country at any time so you would then work for Ola. See what happened with the grab transition

Its an IT job - know a person from MSIT finance who moved there -would not recommend long term unless you thinking of doing a few years there and transferring internally to US or one of the product teams.
Interviews will be a bit harder than Uber US. More focus will be given on algorithms and Problem solving.
