Recently received an L4 offer from Uber Seattle, wanted some feedback on the breakdown. Base: 146000 Stock: 270000 (dollar value, RSUs to be determined on 30 day rolling average on start date) Sign on Bonus: 25000 Target Annual Bonus: 15000 This puts me at a TC ~213500 ignoring bonuses. I wasn't really big on the idea that my TC drops so heavily after year one, and stock seems a little low. I'd have to give up interviews with Twitter, Dropbox, Redfin, and Cruise to take this. Wanted some feedback on the offer, thanks!

Seems like a Microsoft offer and not uber anymore
Seems like an average offer for Seattle. Uber is def better than the companies you’re interviewing at imo. Maybe try and use them to negotiate
A good offer for Seattle considering ur yoe. Unless you get a counter offer, negotiation could be tough
They gave a similar offer to me. A bit more in base and stocks. Also, Seattle and 3 yoe
Did you end up negotiating/ taking it?
My competing offers were slightly less. So, I didn't negotiate much but I got the hint that their offers are not very negotiable. I did request for a change of location and they were pretty prompt in finding another team. Original offer wasn't for seattle. I did take it!
You got lowballed , at least 100K when adding the comp numbers. Please negotiate, it’s a good time to do so
Update: Uber hit me up with the "We do not negotiate for the sake of fair pay." Didn't have time to complete on-sites before offer deadline, so calculating my tradeoffs right now.
Stock is way too low, go for double
I've heard that Uber recently restructured their compensation model, from the data I've seen, it seems unlikely that they'll go that high. Are people still receiving 500k stock offers?
Pretty low stock they used to give 7-10k shares
