Definetelly I heard resignations. Some managers tried to talk them out of it. Not sure about exact numbers.
"Mass" is definitely not true. Only know of 1 on Monday confirmed, and reasons are seemingly unrelated.
I know three people who began searching this week.

No...perf review result was out last week so some people started looking. This event gave them a explanation.
Uber employees should review Uber on Glassdoor. Uber's rating is over 4/5 stars.
It was astroturfed by their old NEO process.
