Is this a good offer for Senior Manager? 130k base + 20k bonus + 50k RSUs/yr = 200k TC I’m one year out of my MBA program
That is a lot. I do not think one can get close to it from any other companies as an op.

Feel free to believe what you’d like. The equity is split into two components, 2/3 is “base” equity vesting over four years, the other 1/3 is “bonus” equity vesting over three years. Uber folks can confirm this.
This is why I am going into Product instead of Ops after my MBA.
