My team at a Uber has a ton of reqs for both Partner Engineers (think Solutions Engineers and/or Architects) as well as pure backend Software Engineers. Yes, however 2yoe would be a L3 in Uber land, and we’re looking for a L4 or L5
I got L4 with 2 YOE, maybe not easy but deff possible with the right experience/interview skills.
