Got an offer from Uber India for the L4 SDE 2 role. Base: 45L + 2.7L(Provident Fund) Performance Bonus: 6.75L ( upto 2x) Stocks: 74k usd vested over 4 years Joining Bonus: 5L 1st year compensation: 74L I know the offer is good, but I wanted to know more about the work culture in Uber. YOE: 4 Current TC: 40L #engineering #offer

I had my last interview on 20th feb still no updates. When was your last round? Also, did you have separate team match sessions?

Good offer. About the culture, what I've heard is that the learning and growth is great, but it comes at the cost of wlb. So if you don't need wlb for personal reasons, you can work a few years and grow. What's the vesting for the stocks is it equal 25% for 4 years or front loaded ?

I would rate the interviews between Medium and Hard. But it mostly depends on the interviewer. I have seen people getting asked easy questions as well.
