Your current TC looks pretty high compared to offered one. Even if this offer was Seattle, I wouldn't jump for miniscule increase. Here your offer is in Bay Area with less TC. Also, Amazon stock is more stable
If you want tc bump, stay at Amazon. If you want to move to SF, then... I guess move to an Amazon office in the city?
