Uber SWE L4 (ML Oriented) vs Reddit (MLE) L4
Hi, I am confused between the two, TC at both places is almost same ~250K (reddit would be less because paper stocks, but that's okay) The work at uber seems very chill (would be stagnating and boring too!). Uber has an RTO policy which I don't mind at all The work at reddit seems a bit more interesting. Reddit will be fully remote, no real human interaction Reddit had layoffs this week so is that something to take into account? Which company would be a better choice for career, stability, growth and overall happiness. Would appreciate any insights!
