Uber Senior Strategy Associate salary
Hi I am currently an L6 at amazon (6 years exp) and have an offer from uber for senior strategy associate Is this the right level for me? Also they are offering low base ~110k but good amount of stocks. Is this expected at uber?

That’s a L4 role at Uber, so maybe wrong leveling
Why would you take a pay cut? Do check who’s going to be your manager, very important. You don’t wanna regret working for a douche. Also 110 is less. Too less.
Manager seems fine Willing to offer me some flexibility in a number of things Im planning to make this move for personal circumstances
But why L4 role? Ask for L5 Manager. That’s typically an MBA with 7 years exp
