Uber annual bonus pay cutoff date
If I am leaving Uber and want to receive my annual bonus in March, what's the first day that can be my last day? If I leave on 28th of Feb or 1st of Mar do I still get paid? UK office

Risky. Put your notice after getting the bonus. I suggest checking the law for utilizing your vacation days during notice period.
But that happens only mid-March no? I got an offer now, can drag until early March maximum. But will try to check the law, thanks!

Does Uber have refreshers? Is it based on some on performance rating? Or up to manager?
It does have equity refreshers + cash bonus. Equity refresher has to vest so I am not considering it, it is just the cash bonus

Yeah, I think that's the obvious one which I won't be able to do because I got an offer now and bonus is paid last week of March as far as I know. Thanks anyway!
You can ask future employer to buy out bonus, which very few firms will do.
