Uber boomerang policy
What is the process to boomerang to Uber? Do they require a whole set of interviews again? Will comp stay the same as when you left? Etc.
Does boomerang happen in Microsoft? And do they give the increased comp or at the least match?
I heard it depends on time. Less than one year, same grants, but if it’s longer- then the grant and price both reset. Maybe someone here who has done it knows more. I can assume you will need to reapply, since needs and org may have changed since

How does the compensation work? Do we negotiate a new comp or we get the exact comp we had? Like do we get new RSUs for 4 years or we get the exact number of RSUs we had earlier?
Why aren’t you happy at google?
Not completely sure tbh because I am still relatively new. But I feel like my scope has decreased pretty significantly, which I fear might affect my career development and growth. Planning on giving at least a bit more time but just wanted to know what the boomerang policy is like.
