No it wasn’t PIP. Top performers were cut in North America eng like the top 3-5. Actually, a lot of top performers were let go. Some of the ones that stayed are low performers and do not have the best numbers.
even perf based manage ment is not based on perf only. Sometimes, not based on performance

I know quite a few top performers in TA were cut…they should have never made the list. Then there are people within TA (sourcing/recruiting) where their numbers blow and they got to keep their job.
