Uber lead pm (l6) typical yoe range?
Can you guys comment on typical lead pm yoe s at uber/uber eats? Stock doesnt have any upside (didnt show any indication , only 3% growth since ipo in may 2019) + them constantly laying ppl off probly caused issue with attracting talent. I did some stalking and found some lead pms have 6-8 yrs exp (obv there are ppl with 10+ yrs too) It would be great if uber folks can comment on this.#pm #product #productmanager YOE 8 TC 350
Who cares about stock growth. L6 at Uber would be immense upgrade in TC compared to your TC right now at Ebay

Very unrealistic. L6 at Uber is Group PM and comp is 700k+. If you crack the interview you will likely get 5a and if you knock it off the park, you might get 5b. The levels mapping on levels.fyi is fairly accurate.
