I’m a female working in consulting and working 12 hours/ day and looking to change YOE: 8 years TC: $130k Location: new york #operations #ops #productops
8 years of experience with such less TC, I'd suggest look for other offers so that you can counter. You are being low-balled

I'm Ops @ Uber - I recommend doing your research on the team you're interviewing for (if possible) and if not, then general Uber. There's so much available in the news that it's easy to know the business. Then think through the full product flow, make some assumptions/ do some research so you get a general grasp for how it works. You'll probably be asked a few on the spot case questions. Show what motivates you and come off as genuine in the interview. At 8 yoe unless they're very irrelevant you should be applying at the Sr Ops Manager level, not the Ops Manager level
