No background check? Uber checks drivers background every year now.

The market will naturally fix this as drivers who consistently shoot passengers will tend to have lower ratings compared to drivers who do not shoot passengers.
And in some cases, they might actually be removed from the pool of drivers
Dont agree. Drivers will shoot passengers and they wont be able to vote and bring down drivers ratings.
Can this be a race related crime ? A black guy’s hatred towards the Asian race ?
How many other Asian passengers has this person shot? Maybe the black guy was trying to get a job in tech and was tired of all the Asian racism against blacks then he snapped.
Lol. Using the same logic, Asians can say that there is racism against Asians in NBA since most players are black.
Do we know if this guy had bad reviews in uber ? I never check the reviews...next time I will be more careful
