Intuit is better in terms of culture, wlb, employee satisfaction, benefits and stability. Just that Uber has a better brand tag that will help in my career in the long term ( assuming no layoffs ) , but I don't want to land at another Amazon. Edit 1 - went ahead with uber, hope I don't regret the dicision later 🥲 Yoe - 2.6
If your reporting line Director is in India, then wlb is decent. If its US, then good luck 😅
I know my skip manager is Indian. The work is high impact, high visibility, as per few of my sources.
Uber is new Amazon. If you are looking for stability and wlb then uber is not a place for you

Uber TC is 23% more than Intuit TC. How is this slightly better? It’s a much better TC. You will definitely earn more in Uber though wlb is bad.
How bad ? Amazon bad ? And is it also equally toxic in Uber bangalore?
I haven’t worked at Amazon so can’t compare. wlb is bad if you want to progress fast, earn a lot and have good projects. Some people at l3 and l4 also chill here to some extent but that comes at a cost of delayed promotion average projects etc.

If you want a brand name take uber, if you want WLB and less stress, take Intuit. Congrats on the offers. What's your current TC btw? Also specify the level and titles in both offers for comparison. If Uber's is a higher level then definitely Uber
Both are SDE-2 , mentioned in the title. I left Amazon in December last year, I was SDE-1 there.
